For weddings and large celebrations we recommend 9–18 months ahead. Parties and corporate events often book 3–6 months out, though we accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows.

We offer full planning, partial planning and on-the-day coordination. Every package is tailored to your event, guest count and level of support required.
How do consultations work?
We begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your vision, budget and timeline. From there we outline a bespoke proposal and clear next steps.
